For those whose service stopped PLEASE TRY THIS FIRST
CLEAR APP DATA AND CACHE
1. Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
2. Select Applications.
3. In Manage Installed Applications, select the Sapphire App
4. Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.
Download the new premium app directly from your streaming device.
Use the "Downloader App" on your firestick and enter the link above.
Log into the client portal below and see if you have an invoice due. Once paid try option 1 and 2 above
